- Responsible for providing accurate and timely legal advice in all organization matters, support in the identification and management of legal risks to the organization, drafting undertakings and structuring remedies for the relevant issues.
Responsibilities
- Setting up of policies and procedures, verifying internal legal procedures, and ensuring that all required legal and financial documentations are in line with Companys policies and procedures.
- Co-ordination with legal firms on consultancy, Legal Cases and Execution.
- Assist in reviewing the legal material & any other relevant documents.
- Conduct Legal analysis & research on various legal matters of the client or the organization.
- Ensure effective communication between legal department & Other departments.
- Keep cases organized by establishing & organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions, inputting information into file database & case management software, confirming case statues with law firms.
- Maintenance of accurate, comprehensive & accessible manual & facilitate provision & collate information required by legal actions.
- Prepare annual report in a timely manner & preparation of reports as required.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications
- Three to Four (3 - 4) years experience is relevant field.
