Role Functions

  • Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
  • Communicate with senior associates, partners, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts
  • Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice
  • You will be expected to take responsibility for and manage transactions. This means that you will develop outstanding transactional and organizational skills as well as developing superb technical abilities.
  • You will work closely with clients and other lawyers
  • Business development programs and initiatives: working with partners and their respective teams on business development projects - executing and following up.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus
  • Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills
