Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of UAE experience
in real estate leasing Strong knowledge ofUAE tenancy laws
and rental procedures Skilled inCRM/ERP systems
& Microsoft Office Excellent communication, negotiation & conflict resolution skillsFluent in Arabic & English
(spoken and written) Preferred: Knowledge ofNo Broker Hood
software Ability to lead and supervise leasing operations Valid UAE driving license is an advantageCandidate must be currently based in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor market trends & rental pricing strategies Prepare & process lease agreements, renewals, and settlements Track lease expiries & manage vacating notices Collect rent via cash, cheque, or bank transfer Maintain accurate lease & tenant records Coordinate with marketing for property listings & promotions Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues Supervise leasing team and support property manager when needed Conduct site visits and property inspections Liaise with accounting, maintenance, and engineering departments Prepare leasing reports and assist with strategic planning Ensure CRM/ERP systems are always updated
