Leasing Specialist
Job Description
Requirements:? Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in real estate leasing? Strong knowledge of tenancy laws & rental procedures? Skilled in CRM/ERP systems & Microsoft Office? Excellent communication & follow-up skills? Ready to join immediately? Candidates must be currently based in the UAEResponsibilities:o Monitor market trends & rental pricingo Prepare & process lease agreements and renewalso Track lease expiries & manage vacating noticeso Handle rent collection (cash, cheque, transfer)o Maintain accurate lease & tenant recordso Coordinate with marketing for property listingso Respond to tenant inquiries & resolve concernso Prepare leasing reports, SOAs, and settlementso Liaise with accounts & engineering teamso Update data in CRM/ERP & support leasing software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
