Location: Dubai
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in UAE Real Estate (Dubai market preferred)
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate leasing market, RERA regulations, and tenancy laws
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Well-presented, confident, and professional demeanor
Fluent in English (Arabic/other languages are a plus)
Proficient in MS Office & CRM software
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle leasing inquiries, viewings, and client follow-ups
Negotiate lease terms and prepare necessary documentation
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with landlords and tenants for smooth leasing transactions
Achieve monthly leasing targets

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
