Excellent communication skills in English Language - verbal and written.
Knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel)
At least three (
2-3
) years of work experience in office administration.
Experience in Real Estate and/or Property & Facilities Management Industry is preferred.
Able to prepare tenancy contracts with full details of the terms and conditions.
Assist in the preparation of correspondences to be sent to tenants such as notices related to contract renewal and termination .
Maintain an updated and organized file of all documents related to contract administration.
Attends to tenants inquiries.
