Must be locally available
Working days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)

Key Job Responsibilities:
Penetrate into the market and seek for new business opportunities
Prioritize and maximize leasing/selling of owners and/or partner's properties
Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve targets within the timelines
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
Plan and schedule daily meetings with potential clients
Responsible for entering into marketing contracts with landlords of outside properties
Should have knowledge of all the existing and new vacant properties (internal/outside properties)
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

Pay: QAR7,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
