Leasing Officer
who can manage property leases, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and lease available properties to prospective tenants.
Conduct property tours, explain leasing terms, and answer client inquiries.
Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and documentation.
Maintain updated records of tenants, renewals, and lease expirations.
Assist with rent collection, follow-ups, and addressing tenant concerns.
Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of property laws and leasing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management software is an advantage.
Customer-oriented, professional, and detail-focused.
