We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Leasing Officer

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property leasing, from attracting tenants and conducting tours to negotiating lease terms and maintaining strong tenant relationships. The Leasing Officer will ensure all leasing processes align with legal requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tours of available properties for prospective tenants and provide detailed information on features and leasing terms. Perform thorough background, credit, and reference checks to evaluate the eligibility of applicants. Prepare, review, and manage leasing documents in compliance with company policies and property regulations. Collect rent payments, security deposits, and application fees in a timely and organized manner. Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with current tenants; address concerns and communicate updates or changes. Advertise available units through multiple platforms, including online listings, social media, and printed materials. Negotiate lease terms and conditions professionally with prospective tenants. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is required. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, leasing practices, and regulatory compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leasing activities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in leasing/property management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Bilingual communication skills are an asset (optional based on region).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
