Leasing Manager specialized in tanks
to lead and manage the leasing of fuel and storage tanks across the UAE.Key Responsibilities
Manage
leasing operations
for storage tanks (fuel) Identify and developnew leasing opportunities and clients
Negotiateleasing terms, pricing, and contracts
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams Ensure compliance withUAE regulations and safety requirements
Oversee contract renewals, extensions, and client relationships Monitor tank utilization, availability, and profitability Liaise with authorities and clients for site approvals when requiredRequirements
Proven experience in
leasing tanks or industrial equipment in the UAE
Strong understanding oftank applications
(fuel) Knowledge ofUAE market practices and regulations
Ability to manage multiple clients and contracts simultaneously UAE experience ismandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED100.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Al Hamriyah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
