Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to secure high-potential retail and commercial locations across GCC and MENA markets.
• Identify leasing opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and relationship building with landlords and developers.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle including sourcing leads, conducting site visits, negotiating lease terms, and closing agreements.
• Oversee lease actions such as new leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations while tracking key contractual dates.
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely rent payments and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare leasing performance reports and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, development, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and compliance.
• Ensure all leasing activities meet regulatory, compliance, and internal governance requirements.
