What You'll Do

• Source, evaluate, and acquire commercial properties that meet the automotive business requirements within scope and budget
• Conduct due diligence including financial analysis, legal compliance, and property assessments
• Negotiate prices, lease terms, and conditions to secure the best commercial deals for the business
• Manage lease renewals, ensuring favorable rates, timely execution, and proper government attestations
• Handle lease terminations while minimizing risk and managing landlord relationships
• Provide stakeholders with insights on market trends, costs, transaction viability, and timelines
• Collaborate with brokers, agencies, landlords, and legal teams to finalize transactions
• Maintain updated records and reports on lease agreements, renewals, and facilities database
• Prepare and present market intelligence reports and forecasts to senior management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial real estate market and RERA regulations
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, ideally with automotive or retail properties
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills with ability to close high-value leasing deals
• Bilingual with strong command of English and Arabic preferred
• Strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
