Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with GMG's commercial and expansion objectives
• Identify and secure new store locations across malls, street fronts, and prime retail destinations in GCC and MENA markets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate location potential and brand suitability
• Generate leasing leads, conduct site visits, and manage property tours with prospective landlords and developers
• Lead lease negotiations for new agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring favorable commercial terms
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate lease trackers covering expiries, renewals, rent reviews, and key milestones
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely rental payments and financial compliance
• Prepare leasing pipeline reports, performance dashboards, and strategic updates for senior management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with mall developers, landlords, and property managers
• Represent GMG in leasing discussions, project meetings, and site negotiations
• Collaborate with legal, finance, store development, and operations teams to ensure smooth store handovers
• Provide strategic location input during site selection, design review, and store approval processes

Ideal Profile

• Strong experience in retail leasing, commercial property management, or corporate real estate
• Proven capability in lease negotiation, market analysis, and tenant relationship management
• Solid understanding of regional retail property markets within UAE and broader GCC
• Experience working with landlords, developers, and mall operators
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust leasing strategies
• Proficiency in leasing systems, data tracking, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
