Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Sales

Greet prospective tenants and conduct property tours Explain property features, amenities, lease terms, and pricing Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person Convert leads into signed leases to meet occupancy targets Promote available units through marketing channels and on-site activities
Lease Administration

Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related documentation Ensure lease applications are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies Coordinate move-in and move-out processes Maintain accurate leasing records and tenant files
Tenant Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and new tenants Assist tenants with inquiries before and after move-in Handle lease renewals and provide information on rent adjustments Support tenant retention initiatives
Property Operations Support

Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy Report maintenance issues identified during tours or tenant interactions Ensure show units and common areas are clean and well-presented
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, company policies, and leasing regulations Maintain confidentiality of tenant and company information Track leasing activity and prepare regular reports on leads, tours, and leases signed
Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate preferred) Knowledge of leasing procedures and fair housing regulations is an advantage Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills

Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
Working Conditions

On-site role at residential or commercial property May require evening and weekend work Target-driven environment with performance incentives
