Key Responsibilities:
Handle commercial leasing inquiries and guide clients throughout the leasing process.
Provide expert advisory services on commercial properties across Qatar.
Negotiate lease agreements and ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve and exceed leasing targets.
Bring high-profile clients and reputable brands to maintain the quality and standard of the commercial environment.
Utilize personal client portfolios and corporate connections (a strong advantage).
Requirements:
Minimum
4+ years of leasing experience
in Qatar (commercial leasing experience is essential).
Strong knowledge of
Qatar's real estate market, leasing laws, and commercial leasing processes
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
Arabic and English
(mandatory).
