Zed Capital Real Estate is hiring a confident, well-connected, and results-driven Leasing Broker to cover Dubai's prime residential market, villas, apartments, penthouses, and townhouses across top communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease residential stock across Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, District One, Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Bluewaters, JBR, City Walk, Creek Harbour, and more. Build trusted relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, corporate tenants, and premium landlords. Run consultative viewings tailored to client briefs; craft compelling listing copy and pricing strategy. Source and secure exclusive/off-market listings (villas, apartments, penthouses, townhouses). Own the full leasing cycle: matching, viewings, offers, negotiation, Form A/B & contracts, and handover/Ejari. Track market intel (rents, yields, days-on-market, supply) and advise with authority. Maintain a clean CRM pipeline, report weekly, and leverage the Zed Capital brand, marketing, and referrals. Cross-sell renewals and (where relevant) property management.

What We're Looking For:

6+ months proven experience in Dubai luxury residential leasing/sales (not limited to villas). Strong network across landlords, developers, relocation/corporate housing. Polished, discreet communicator; client-centric with high service standards. Deep knowledge of prime villa communities and flagship towers. Fluency in English (Arabic/other languages a plus). UAE driver's license + own vehicle; RERA preferred; CRM/portal savvy (Property Finder/Bayut/Dubizzle). Driven, self-motivated, well-presented, and hungry to grow.
