About the Role

We're looking for a confident, connected, and results-driven Leasing Broker to lead the charge in Dubai's luxury villa segment. If you know the ins and outs of Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, and other top-tier communities and can cater to the expectations of high-net-worth clients then this is your chance to build your name under a powerful boutique brand.

Key Responsibilities

Specialize in villa leasing across Dubai's most prestigious communities including Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, District One, Dubai Hills, and more. Build trusted relationships with HNW clients, VIP tenants, and premium property owners. Conduct professional, consultative property viewings tailored to each client's preferences. Source exclusive listings and off-market villas, positioning yourself as a community expert. Manage the full leasing cycle from property match to offer, negotiation, and documentation. Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, rental yields, and buyer behaviours. Leverage the wider Zed Capital team for referrals, brand support, and marketing reach.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months of proven experience in leasing/sales of high-end villas in Dubai. Strong network within Dubai's luxury real estate and HNW client circles. Excellent communication skills; polished, articulate, and client centric. Deep knowledge of luxury villa communities and Dubai's premium property landscape. Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus). Must hold a UAE driver's license and have their own vehicle Driven, self-motivated, well-presented, and hungry to grow your name in luxury real estate.
