Leasing Agent
to join our growing team and help connect clients with their ideal homes and properties.Key Responsibilities:
Source and list rental properties across Abu Dhabi. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Market available properties through online portals, social media, and company channels. Conduct property viewings and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process. Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements. Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with UAE regulations. Keep the CRM system updated with property and client information. Stay up to date on local rental market trends and pricing. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure tenant and landlord satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a leasing agent or in a similar real estate role. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's rental market and UAE tenancy laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. UAE driving license is preferred. Valid Brokerage Licesne .
