Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for showcasing rental properties, guiding potential tenants through the leasing process, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist potential tenants in person, over the phone, and via email. Understand client needs and recommend properties that match their preferences and budget. Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities to prospective tenants. Ensure all properties are clean, presentable, and in line with company standards before showings. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available properties. Prepare and process lease agreements and related documents. Conduct background checks, credit assessments, and reference verifications for potential tenants. Collect deposits and application fees, ensuring compliance with company policies. Stay informed about the local rental market, including pricing trends and competitive properties. Provide insights to management to enhance marketing strategies and property offerings. Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Follow up with clients post-showing to provide additional information and close deals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate leasing or sales in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Proficient in making emails and basic Microsoft office such as word and excel. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Fluent in English is required.
