We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Leasing Agent
to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leasing inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and closing deals with clients. A strong understanding of the real estate market and excellent customer service skills are essential.Responsibilities:
Promote and lease available residential and commercial properties Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person Schedule and conduct property viewings Negotiate leasing terms and close deals Prepare leasing documents and maintain accurate records Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Stay up to date with market trends and available listings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a leasing agent or in a similar role in real estate Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Presentable and professional demeanor UAE driving license is an advantage Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
