About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Leasing Agent
to join our real estate team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for handling property viewings, managing tenant inquiries, and ensuring high occupancy rates across our property portfolio.Key Responsibilities
Promote and lease available properties to prospective tenants. Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about pricing, terms, and facilities. Handle tenant inquiries, applications, and lease agreements. Ensure compliance with UAE leasing laws and company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners. Maintain updated records of leases, renewals, and tenant information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of leasing experience in the UAE real estate market. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of UAE leasing regulations and market trends. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
