Analyse and identify the learning needs of the hotel and approve and communicate to the hotel leadership team.
Work with hotel leadership team to prepare the annual learning plan and budget.
Work with department heads and trainers to prepare departmental learning/training plans and calendars.
Coordinate and track all learning activities being carried out in the hotel on an ongoing basis.
Provides guidance and advice to Senior Team at property for suitable learning interventions to help drive business results.
