Analyse and identify the learning needs of the hotel and approve and communicate to the hotel leadership team.- Work with hotel leadership team to prepare the annual learning plan and budget.
- Work with department heads and trainers to prepare departmental learning/training plans and calendars.
- Coordinate and track all learning activities being carried out in the hotel on an ongoing basis.
- Provides guidance and advice to Senior Team at property for suitable learning interventions to help drive business results.
