Job Summary

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery for Learning and Development activity across business and functions.
You will engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritise training
Build internal and external relationships to secure required resources and funding for the training
Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery
Select appropriate delivery channels, to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience
To ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs
Support HR team with wider learning activities like coaching, mentoring and leadership development programs
Ability to conduct assessment centers for trading, operations and other commercial skills
Working with government/industry bodies for training grants

Qualifications Rquired

CIPD certified
Experience working in commodity trading, financial or Integrated Oil Company in training or LandD environment will be of advantage.
Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and service mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with people of all levels.
Written/spoken English.
