- Develop and design training programs that address organizational needs and objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and training manuals.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs, ensuring seamless execution.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific learning needs within different teams.
- Stay updated on learning technologies and incorporate innovative tools to enhance training effectiveness.
- Explore and recommend new e-learning platforms or tools that align with industry best practices.
- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with employees to create individual development plans.
- Facilitate career development discussions and provide guidance on growth opportunities.
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and feedback.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D field
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
