Job Description
Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new business leads for our organization. The Lead Generation Specialist will be expected to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential new clients through various online sources and networking.
- Use targeted email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Qualify and prioritize leads based on key criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the company\'s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to improve conversion rates and increase overall ROI.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships with potential clients.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing automation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
