Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Dubai
Trimble Solutions Middle East ( https://www.tekla.com/ae ) is planning significant growth for its tele lead activities in the Middle East region and is looking for a suitable candidate who will be responsible for project data analysis, finding relevant prospects through secondary research, tele-calling for lead generation, and audience acquisition for marketing events. The key area of responsibility will be to identify new prospects and profile accounts through secondary and primary research, and use the data for lead generation.
Key expectation: The Lead Generation Specialist will be expected to achieve a targeted number of quality leads that drive new license growth for Trimble.
Job responsibilities: Creating new subscriber opportunities/MQLs using emails, phone calls and follow-ups
Define and implement effective processes to support goal attainment Build a database of prospect accounts through primary and secondary research Engage and communicate to impress upon prospects the need to evaluate Trimble solutions through emails and telephone calls In due course, identify and develop a local tele-agency and drive them to achieve set goals
Sharing qualified leads with Trimble sales team for further development and closure Build collaborative relationships with sales team Assign the leads to appropriate segment and Sales team member and ensure regular follow-up till closure Use CRM for lead pipeline management
Registrations for User Conference, Webinars and select Customer Events Prepare list of prospective registrants for each event Identify the right decision maker or influencer in the organization and drive attendance for the event.
Monitoring and Reporting Keep a track of competitor activities Generate market intelligence through secondary research Enable customer insights through phone surveys whenever needed Serve as central point of contact on all telesales concerns and direction Document and act on key risks and issues impacting the leaf generation program Skills & Experience: Graduate. A qualification in Civil Engineering will be a definite advantage. Should be currently working in the Middle East region. Work experience: 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in tele-led business development/inside sales preferably in the Construction / Engineering / CAD industry Ability to research and analyze data, trends and a comfort with numbers is a must Strong computer skills (Excel , Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) , PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, MS Projects) Self-motivated, driven and an attention to details are important prerequisites. A positive and determined attitude is a must. Pleasing personality with excellent command over oral and written English. Arabic language skills will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills as well as willingness and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
