Job Brief

Supervise workshop activities, Check tubular running equipment and tools before sending it to the job and ensure that they are in good operating condition before commencing any job.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare, supervise, and control workshop activities including the scheduling of work in the service department. Liaise with customers and diagnose customer concerns with equipment prior to being booked in for service and/or repair. Check tubular running equipment and tools before sending it to the job and ensure that they are in good operating condition before commencing any job. Ensure that work assignments are carried out to the safest and highest quality level. Accomplish required paper works pertaining to the job performed. Report any equipment damages & keep records in the tool history file. Make sure all TRS equipment and tools are in a good to go out in a job & they are on their designated places. Conduct internal trainings to the technicians & get them familiar with the tools & how to prepare orders. Make suggestions to management for improvements to the Service Departments in the workshop. Monitor and keep stock of workshop consumables such as oil, nuts, and bolts in an organized way. Responsible for reporting any incidents, safety, or quality related issues to management. Responsible of completing all necessary operational and safety paperwork. Other relevant duties as assigned by direct manager.
