is a one of the leading interior design and fitout company in Dubai. We are looking for a talented

Lead Interior Designer

to join our dynamic Interior Fitout and Joinery team.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in a reputable Design Agency or Interior Fitout company in the UAE, with proven experience in handling Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality projects.

- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of luxury finishes and strong relationships with suppliers in the UAE for procuring these materials.

- Skills: Proficiency in creating Concept Designs, Style boards, Layouts, Schematic Designs, Visuals, and Detail Designs. In-depth knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and luxury finishes.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred.

- Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS MAX, and other design software.

- Technical Skills: Ability to read and edit AutoCAD files.

- Project Experience: Successful completion or support of over 20 projects from start to finish in the UAE.

- Design & Technical Skills: Strong skills in both Fitout and Joinery projects.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required.

- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design department through all stages of the design process, from the concept phase to the construction phase.

- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, mood boards, and construction documents.

- Provide technical guidance to project teams.

- Collaborate with the Design Manager to review and approve shop drawings and submittals.

- Attend project meetings, provide input on design issues, and document client requests and requirements.

- Interact with clients throughout the entire design and project execution phase.
