Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Interior Designer to oversee and execute interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design vision, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of designers while collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver outstanding design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design meeting with client along with technical/ sales engineer. Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to clients. Responsible to supervise and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance creativity and efficiency. Ensure the design is executed on-site with high-quality standards, from concept development to final installation. Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client requirements, brand identity, and project objectives. Oversee space planning, layout design, color schemes, and material specifications. Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential interior projects Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
