Lead Generation Specialist / Tele Sales Executive

to be part of our vibrant team.

Role Overview

This position plays a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound communication channels including calls, social media, and digital outreach. You will help drive our sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads and setting up appointments for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls using online directories and lead databases Identify and qualify prospective clients; schedule appointments for the sales team Present product features, pricing, and value propositions using approved scripts Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions Build rapport and communicate our service offerings clearly and persuasively Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales or lead generation Background in signage, printing, or advertising industries is a strong advantage Strong sales acumen and target-driven mindset Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling in a telesales environment Resilient, professional, and able to handle objections effectively Ability to close leads and negotiate when needed Willing to work flexible hours if required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Education & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role
