Lead Generation Specialist / Tele Sales Executive
to become part of our expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business leads through outbound calls, social media interaction, and other online platforms. Your primary goal will be to inform potential clients about our services and generate qualified leads for our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using various online directories and databases.
Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients for the Business Development team.
Use prepared scripts to present product features, pricing, and value propositions effectively.
Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Persuasively communicate how our services meet the client's requirements.
Record call outcomes and maintain accurate lead information using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation or tele sales.
Background in printing, advertising, or signage is a strong advantage.
Target-driven with a passion for sales.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a call center-style environment with outbound calling.
Resilient, results-oriented, and able to handle rejection positively.
Skilled in negotiation and lead conversion.
Flexible with working hours when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Education & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar lead generation or tele sales position.
