Lead Generation Specialist / Tele Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

using our internal database and prospect directories. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team. Present our services and solutions clearly and persuasively using proven sales scripts. Identify client needs through insightful questioning and active listening. Explain how our signage and graphic solutions align with client objectives. Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, calls, and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in

lead generation or tele sales

, preferably within the signage, printing, or advertising sectors. Passionate about sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled at managing objections and closing deals over the phone. Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities. Adaptable to changing priorities and flexible with working hours. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years in a comparable sales or lead generation role.
