Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract high-quality buyer, seller, and investor leads.
Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Create and optimize lead funnels to maximize conversion rates and minimize cost per lead.
Oversee CRM management -- ensuring accurate lead tagging, tracking, and follow-up workflows.
Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure smooth handovers.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for management.
Work with the marketing team to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor strategies within the UAE real estate market.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in lead generation, preferably within
Dubai real estate brokerage
.
Proven expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
, SEO, and CRM systems (HubSpot, PropSpace, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong analytical and reporting skills with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
