Marketing Manager - Lead Generation

to join our dynamic team and take ownership of driving qualified leads to support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on high-quality lead generation for real estate sales and rentals. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder). Build and maintain CRM funnels for lead nurturing and conversion. Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and ROI. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Leverage email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media to maximize visibility and engagement. Oversee content creation strategies to drive organic traffic and improve brand awareness.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the real estate sector (preferably in Dubai or the UAE market). Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation. Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Zoho CRM. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
