Lead Field Support Engineer (3 Months Contract)

Job Description
- Assist clients in solving complex technical issues.
- Provide On-Site Support
- Provide subject matter expertise on back-office support
- Manage application and desktop support (hardware, software and connectivity), processing systems (EVIDS, CUTE, etc.) incidents through to resolution.
- Four years of experience in onsite support
- Should have good expertise in troubleshooting and resolving onsite technical issues
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- Must be willing to start work by October 2022
Contract length: 3 months Salary: QAR1.00 per month Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- onsite technical support: 4 years (Required)
