Partner with the best As a Lead Project Field Engineer for Turbomachinery business, you are tasked to provide customers service solutions to address critical machinery assets. In this role you will work together with the Installation & Commissioning team in the region.

As a Lead Field Project Engineer, you will be responsible for: · Covering the scope of assigned Projects, closely tracking and managing technical issues until resolution. · Coordinating and communicating with customer representatives and internal & vendors organization, fulfilling customized evaluations and optimization studies. · Being the Technical reference point for site managers to promptly resolve unexpected technical issues reported from Projects. · Looking after internal and external Clients as well as alignment between site crew and the ENG team. · Engineering Lessons Learnt collection /sharing among different projects. · Coordinating engineering modifications required in field. · Executing any additional requests/Change orders with customers and reflect them in Project documents. · Managing and assisting in troubleshooting issues of various products like heavy-duty gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, electric motors, gearboxes and auxiliaries' systems. · Preparing and reviewing of technical documentation such as trip investigation reports, Root Cause Analysis, defining Corrective & Preventive action plan and be able to communicate effectively to a broader team of site. · Being available for critical issue resolution. · Leading and managing Quality Processes and assist in preparation of site prior to start of critical activities or milestones in the Project.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent Engineering degree from an accredited college or university. · Have experience with interpreting engineering & technical documents (Process & instrument diagrams (P&ID), Instrument List, etc.) · Have minimum 5 years of technical experience on rotating machinery. · Have minimum 3 years experience in Project Engineering/Management handling large Projects. · Have knowledge of Baker Hughes Heavy-duty Gas Turbines or Centrifugal compressors operation. · Have knowledge of BH products and applications with reference to service environment. · Have fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. · Have Flexibility to travel to different sites.

Desired Characteristics: · Good understanding of Project engineering roles and responsibilities such as document management, non-conformity management, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) preparation and execution. · Operational Knowledge of Heavy-duty Gas Turbines, Centrifugal compressors, and their relevant auxiliary systems. · Passionate and enthusiastic to work in fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment · Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage proactively on his/her own initiative · Ability to work across multi-functional and global teams. · Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
