The Lead Assistant will play a crucial role in lead management, sales support, and client engagement while ensuring smooth operations across shifts. This position requires strong organizational skills and Arabic language proficiency to effectively communicate with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Client Engagement:
Oversee and nurture incoming leads, track progress, follow up promptly, and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data.
Forecasting & Budgeting:
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
Shift Coordination:
Adapt to shift-based work schedules to ensure continuous support across operational hours.
Process Optimization:
Streamline communication channels and improve lead conversion strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent Arabic speaker
with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or client relations.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
