Position Overview
Azizi Developments is hiring an experienced Assistant Technical Lead to support our engineering department in managing day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and technical oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in UAE-based construction projects who are looking to grow into a leadership role by working closely with the Head of Department across multiple developments.

What You'll Do

• Support the Head of Department (HOD) in organizing and monitoring technical operations across active construction sites
• Review and coordinate technical documents including shop drawings, reports, and submittals
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to streamline design and construction workflows
• Monitor project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and track technical submissions and authority approvals
• Organize internal coordination meetings and ensure timely execution of action points
• Maintain technical records, generate periodic updates, and assist in issue resolution at various project stages

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a technical coordination or engineering support role, preferably within the UAE construction industry
• Strong understanding of building project lifecycles and documentation standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project tracking tools
• Clear communicator with excellent multitasking, organizational, and follow-up skills
