The Role

Position Title:

Lead Accountant Employment Type: Full -time Salary: Up to AED 6,500 (based on experience and interview performance) Job Location: Dubai - JLT (near Sobha Metro) About the client: A well-established group of companies with over 20 years of success across multiple sectors. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Lead Accountant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full cycle of accounting. 2. Handle supplier accounts, employee data, and payroll processing. 3. Prepare P&L statements, forecasts, cost/revenue/profit analysis, statements of accounts, payables & receivables. 4. Perform account reconciliations and consolidation of group balance sheets. 5. Ensure accurate financial reporting using Excel & QuickBooks. 6. Assist with annual audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance. 7. Knowledge of Tax laws, e-filing, online banking, and labour laws. 8. Support sourcing/outsourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and cost comparisons. 9. Contribute to project leadership, meeting deadlines, and driving results. 10. Provide cross-functional admin support when required.



Requirements

1. Fluent in Tagalog, Hiligaynon, or Bisaya 2. Lifestyle:

Non-smoker 3. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4. Must have prior office and accounting experience Desired Skills: 1. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) 2. Strong leadership & multitasking abilities 3. Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset 4. Team player with proven collaboration skills
