Department Overview: DWC Hospitality specializes in providing luxury hospitality services to clients. The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customers\' handling. DWC Hospitality works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences. Job Purpose: As a Learning and Development Specialist at JETEX you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative training programs; onsite and online that empower our employees to excel in their roles. Leveraging your expertise in adult learning methodologies and eLearning, you will ensure that our training initiatives align with our business goals and values. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging and effective eLearning and instructor-led training programs. Apply adult learning methodologies to create tailored eLearning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our workforce. Lead and facilitate interactive eLearning and instructor-led training sessions that inspire and engage participants. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather and update training content for both eLearning and traditional formats. Utilize various authoring tools such as Vyond, Canva, Articulate 360, etc., to create multimedia eLearning and training materials. Develop and maintain a library of eLearning modules and resources for self-paced learning. Conduct assessments and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning and training programs, making continuous improvements. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in eLearning and learning and development to ensure our training materials are cutting-edge. Requirement: Qualification Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation or hospitality industry. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience from the same field Proficiency in using various authoring tools for eLearning content creation. Skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in eLearning and training and development
