We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to serve as our Landlord Relationship Coordinator. In this integral role, you will be the primary liaison between our property & selling. Your efforts will ensure smooth communication, efficient issue resolution, and foster strong, long-term relationships that support our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Responsible for preparing and handling Contract Types A, B, and F, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely renewals or amendments as per regulatory and company standards.
NOC Handling:
Coordinate the issuance and collection of No Objection Certificates (NOC) for relevant transactions, ensuring all documents are correctly processed and submitted within the required timelines.
Resale Process Management:
Oversee and facilitate the entire resale process of properties, working closely with legal, sales, and transfer departments to ensure a smooth and compliant transaction.
Owner & Unit Handling:
Act as the main point of contact for property owners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of all units under management and ensure timely communication and reporting to landlords.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software systems and CRM platforms.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude paired with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
