Responsibilities:
Manage patient inquiries and coordinate bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Organize caregiver schedules and keep accurate records.
Ensure smooth task management and follow-up on pending actions.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service in both Arabic and English.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Arabic and English
(spoken & written).
Strong memory, organizational skills, and task management abilities.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administration preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
