Job Description
We are seeking a
female Guest Relationship Coordinator & Host
to be the face of our desert camp hospitality experience. The role requires welcoming and taking care of guests every evening, ensuring their comfort, and handling any concerns with professionalism and warmth.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and host guests at the desert camp daily during evening hours. Ensure guests feel comfortable, attended to, and have a memorable experience. Communicate camp activities, services, and schedules clearly to guests. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with effective problem-solving. Work closely with the operations team to deliver seamless hospitality. Uphold high service standards and represent the camp in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Ladies only
(due to cultural and hospitality considerations). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multilingual abilities preferred (English required; Arabic and other languages are a plus). Ability to handle situations with confidence and a guest-first approach. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage. Available and willing to workdaily evening shifts
at the desert camp.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Application Question(s):
The candidate must be willing to travel daily to the desert camp in the evening and return after the program.
Experience:
* Guest Relation / Hospitality : 1 year (Preferred)
