We are looking for a creative, organised, and media-savvy
Group Media Relationship Coordinator
to lead our media engagement efforts and enhance our company's public image. This role will manage media relations, oversee social media channels, and capture key moments at school events through professional photography and videography.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Draft and distribute press releases, official statements, and media kits.
Organise and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and promotional events.
Manage and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Capture high-quality photos and videos at school events and activities for internal and external communications.
Edit and produce media content for digital use (reels, stories, short videos, photo albums, etc.).
Monitor media coverage and social media performance; produce insights and analytics reports.
Ensure alignment of all content with company's mission and vision

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Female candidate (with valid Qatar driving license)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, PR, Journalism, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in media relations, content creation, and social media management.
Proficient in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Canva).
Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills in English and Arabic
Familiarity with Qatar's media landscape and education sector preferred.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
Flexible to attend events at different academy locations.
