Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas, maintaining organization and efficiency in the dishwashing and storage areas.
Empty trash bins and recycling containers regularly, disposing of waste properly and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, equipment, and utensils according to established sanitation standards and procedures.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients, as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas, rotating stock and disposing of expired or spoiled items.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies, verifying quantities and quality of items received.
Set up and break down dining areas for meal service, including arranging tables, chairs, and table settings, and replenishing condiments and supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen and dining room staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
