Position: Kitchen Manager - Central Kitchen Production
Location: Abu Dhabi (must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee Central Kitchen (CK) production operations. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational and administrative skills, and flexibility with work timings, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily central kitchen production and ensure smooth operations.
Plan, organize, and supervise kitchen staff and production schedules.
Monitor food quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Manage inventory, stock control, and requisitions efficiently.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for seamless supply and delivery.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and kitchen manuals.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to production and operations.
Train, support, and motivate the kitchen team to achieve production targets.
Report on production performance, challenges, and improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a kitchen management or production supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
Demonstrated administrative skills in reporting, documentation, and SOP/manual creation.
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
