Punctual Look professional & abide by H&J grooming standards Check all areas in his section for cleanliness from the previous shift Check on fridges & freezers: Expiry, Par levels, Quality\xe2\x80\xa6 Fill up temperature log sheets Discard bad quality & fill relative wastage sheets after informing superior Attend to prep requirements based on prep sheet Help superior stock and arrange production based on: FIFO, Production date, Expiry date, Name of item\xe2\x80\xa6 Check with the superior for miscellaneous duties to be completed before opening, during operation & at closing Assisting during the service in the production of the menu items according to orders and following standards recipes Check on food before delivering: Quality, Quantity, Portion, Presentation, Special modifications\xe2\x80\xa6 Coordinate with CDP for permission to leave the section Keep station always clean: Sanitize preparation surface area, Throw any unwanted leftovers, Clean as you go\xe2\x80\xa6 Proper handover from shift to shift Upon closing, soap and sanitize all equipment thoroughly Clean all storage containers & rotate all food Coordinate with stewards required closing measures Attend briefings & general meetings with full attention & consider comments for better future performance Ask CDP for permission to leave Meticulous in count, documentation\xe2\x80\xa6 Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
