Job Title:

Female Kiosk Sales Associate/ Sales Representative

Location:

Sharjah (Mall-based kiosk)

Working Hours:

Mall operating hours, including weekends and public holidays Flexible shifts Requires standing for long periods

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary Visa and work permit provided On-the-job training Other benefits as per UAE labor law and company policy

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take their ice cream orders Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other frozen desserts Suggest flavors, toppings, or combos to increase sales Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the kiosk at all times Handle payments (cash/card) accurately using the POS system Ensure all products are stored and served following food safety standards Monitor inventory and assist in restocking supplies Report any equipment issues to the supervisor or manager Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Follow all company policies and mall guidelines

Requirements:

Female candidates only High school education or equivalent Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Pleasant and friendly personality Must be neat, clean, and presentable Ability to work under pressure during busy hours Previous experience in F&B, customer service, or retail is a plus Must be flexible with shifts and willing to work weekends
