Greet customers and provide product information, answering any questions they may have.
Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
Ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Assist customers in choosing the right products based on their preferences.
Keep track of stock levels and inform the supervisor of any low inventory or product shortages.
Assist in replenishing product stock and organising the kiosk area.
Create a welcoming and friendly environment that encourages customer interaction.
Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Distribute flyers, brochures, or other promotional materials.
Set up and maintain attractive displays to attract attention and drive sales.
Accurately process customer transactions (cash, card, or mobile payments).
Record sales and report daily sales figures to the manager or supervisor.
Ensure that the kiosk area is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
