About the Role

We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals who can bring structure and order to the most dynamic and spontaneous entertainment operations. As a Team Leader in The Atlantis Explorers Club - our Kids Club operations - you will provide administrative and organizational support while creating joy for guests of all ages!
What you will do:

• Manage the daily activities program and its delivery
• Attend to phone and email inquiries and provide timely and professional customer service to all incoming queries
• Design, organize and deliver seasonal activity programs
• Coach and mentor counselors while ensuring their continuous growth and development
• Ensure Forbes Guide service standards are delivered across the department and all SOPs are implemented and maintained
• Have thorough knowledge of all activities programs and coordinate necessary details with other involved departments (F&B, Security, Aquaventure etc).
• Oversee, carry out and assist in games and activities in the Kids Club or outdoor activities
• Monitor the Kids Club and Nanny Services operations and overlook the bookings
• Monitor expenses and assist in maintaining departmental budget using company internal systems

About You
We're looking for a confident and proactive individual with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a large team. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with both junior and senior team members. You're fluent in English with excellent phone and email etiquette, and comfortable using MS Office programs. You approach challenges with initiative, seeking solutions and resources independently.
